TRAFFIC ADVISORY – KAHALUU ROUNDABOUT PROJECT

The Hawaii Department of Transportation (HDOT), will be starting work for the Kahaluʻu Roundabout Project beginning WEDNESDAY, JUNE 7, 2023, UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE. Construction work will be from 8:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. MONDAYS THROUGH FRIDAYS ONLY. Work will be done at the intersections of Kahekili Highway and Kamehameha Highway; therefore, single-lane closures will be enforced one direction at a time. During the closures, traffic will be maintained in both directions by a contraflow in the open lane.  HPD officers will be on-site to assist with directing traffic through the work zone.

AFFECTED ROUTES:	60 & 88A
AFFECTED AREA:	Kahekili Highway and Kamehameha Highway intersection.
STARTING:	Wednesday, June 7, 2023, until further notice
TIME:	8:00 a.m. to 3:00 a.m., Mondays through Fridays only, unless directed by Police.

NO DETOURS will be necessary.
