Moana Shopping Center - Target Store. A portion of Kapiolani Boulevard will be
closed in the eastbound direction between Keeaumoku Street and Mahukona Street,
on SATURDAY, SEPTEMBER 7, 2024, from
6:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Traffic
eastbound will be contra-flowed onto the westbound lanes and will cause delays
through the area.
