KAPAHULU-MOILIILI CHRISTMAS PARADE

The KAPAHULU-MOILIILI CHRISTMAS PARADE will be held on THURSDAY, DECEMBER 12, 2024. The parade will begin at the Kuhio Elementary School, cross King Street to the Mauka side, continue west on King Street, onto Beretania Street, left onto Isenberg Street, and end at the Old Stadium Park. TheBus will service all bus stops along the detour route.

AFFECTED ROUTES:	1 & 1L
AFFECTED AREA:	The westbound lanes of King Street will be closed from Old Waialae Road to University Avenue.
DATE:	Thursday, December 12, 2024
TIME:	From 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., unless directed by Police.

Buses will DETOUR as outlined below:

ROUTE 1, KALIHI-KAHALA

ROUTE 1L, HALAWA-HAWAII KAI

Eastbound: No detour.

Westbound: TheBus will travel the regular route to Old Waialae/H1 “FREEWAY WEST”, take the on-ramp to H1 “FREEWAY WEST”, onto H1 WEST, right EXIT 24B “UNIVERSITY AVENUE”, onto University, right Sinclair Circle, left University to University/King, right King, and then resume the regular route.
