SERVICE MODIFICATIONS FOR JUNE 2025

As directed by the City and County of Honolulu, Department of Transportation Services, the following modifications will be implemented effective Sunday, June 1, 2025.

Routing for the Kalia Road repair project included in the routes listed below.

ROUTE 20 WAIKIKI – ALOHA STADIUM

Eastbound: TheBus will travel the regular route to Ala Moana Boulevard/Kalia Road, continue on Ala Moana Boulevard, right Kalakaua Avenue, left Kuhio Avenue, and then resume the regular route after crossing Kalaimoku Street.

Westbound: TheBus will travel the regular route to Kuhio Avenue/Olohana Street, continue on Kuhio Avenue, onto Kalakaua Avenue, right Pau Street, left Ala Wai Boulevard, left Niu Street, onto Ala Moana Boulevard, and then resume the regular route after crossing Ena Road.

ROUTE 42 EWA BEACH – WAIKIKI

Eastbound: TheBus will travel the regular route to Ala Moana Boulevard/Kalia Road, continue on Ala Moana Boulevard, right Kalakaua Avenue, left Kuhio Avenue, and then resume the regular route after crossing Kalaimoku Street.

Westbound: TheBus will travel the regular route to Kuhio Avenue/Olohana Street, continue on Kuhio Avenue, onto Kalakaua Avenue, right Pau Street, left Ala Wai Boulevard, left Niu Street, onto Ala Moana Boulevard, and then resume the regular route after crossing Ena Road.

ROUTE E COUNTRY EXPRESS! E

Eastbound: TheBus will travel the regular route to Ala Moana Boulevard/Kalia Road, continue on Ala Moana Boulevard, right Kalakaua Avenue, and then resume the regular route after crossing Saratoga Road.

Westbound: TheBus will travel the regular route to Kuhio Avenue/Olohana Street, continue on Kuhio Avenue, onto Kalakaua Avenue, right Pau Street, left Ala Wai Boulevard, left Niu Street, onto Ala Moana Boulevard, and then resume the regular route after crossing Ena Road.

ROUTE W1 WAIPAHU VIA FARRINGTON EXPRESS

AM and PM: TheBus will travel the regular route to Ala Moana Boulevard/Kalia Road, continue on Ala Moana Boulevard, right Kalakaua Avenue, left Kuhio Avenue, and then resume the regular route after crossing Kalaimoku Street.

ROUTE W2 WAIPAHU VIA PAIWA EXPRESS

AM and PM: TheBus will travel the regular route to Ala Moana Boulevard/Kalia Road, continue on Ala Moana Boulevard, right Kalakaua Avenue, left Kuhio Avenue, and then resume the regular route after crossing Kalaimoku Street

ROUTE W3 KALIHI VIA SCHOOL STREET EXPRESS

AM Operations: TheBus will travel the regular route to Kalakaua Avenue/Ena Road, right Ena Road, left Ala Moana Boulevard, right Kalakaua Avenue, left Kuhio Avenue, and then resume the regular route after crossing Kalaimoku Street.

PM Operations: TheBus will travel the regular route to Ala Moana Boulevard/Kalia Road, continue on Ala Moana Boulevard, right Kalakaua Avenue, left Kuhio Avenue, and then resume the regular route after crossing Kalaimoku Street.
